Set 190g protein and every container comes out the right size
From “what should I eat?” to a fridge full of answers
Three steps on Sunday. Zero decisions the rest of the week.
Pick your meals
Generate recipes tuned to your tastes — dairy-free, high-protein, no cilantro, whatever — and drop the winners into this week's plan.
Portion to your macros
Tell Harvo your daily targets once — calories, protein — and it sizes every serving so the week actually adds up. No spreadsheet math.
Prep once, shop once
Get a step-by-step batch guide that cooks everything in one session — shared components combined, container by container — and push the full ingredient list to your Kroger cart in one tap.
Everything between “I should meal prep” and actually doing it
One planning session in, a week of ready meals out.
Recipes that know you
AI-generated recipes with per-serving nutrition, tuned to your preferences — tell it once that you're dairy-free or hate cilantro and every suggestion respects it.
Macro portioning
Set your daily calories and protein, and Harvo auto-sizes every meal's servings to hit your numbers — honestly, with the projected totals shown, never fake precision.
The batch-cook guide
One AI-written game plan for prep day: what to cook together, in what order, and exactly how much goes in each container. The part every other app leaves you to figure out.
Plan → cart in one tap
Your whole week's ingredients, consolidated and matched to real products at Kroger, Ralphs, and every Kroger banner — with live prices, pushed straight into your cart.
Lists at the speed of speech
Need odds and ends? Speak them — “two pounds of chicken, a dozen eggs” — and get an aisle-organized list. Transcribed on-device; audio never leaves your phone.
Private by design
No ads, no data selling. Your plans and preferences are yours, and you can delete your account (and everything with it) in-app, any time.
Questions? Answers.
How do I get in?
Harvo is a free beta. Install the app from TestFlight, open it, and create an account — no invite code needed. There's also a web app at app.groceryvoice.app.
Does it cost anything?
No. Harvo is free — it's a personal indie project by Aaron Myers, not a startup with a pricing page.
How does macro portioning work?
Set your daily targets once — say, 2,400 calories and 190g of protein. When you build a meal-prep plan, Harvo sizes each recipe's servings so your days hit those numbers, and shows you the honest projected totals rather than pretending it's exact.
What's a batch guide?
It's a step-by-step plan for prep day, written for your specific recipes: which components to cook together, in what order, and how much of each meal goes in each container. It's the difference between three recipes and one efficient cooking session.
Which stores does it work with?
The shopping list works anywhere — check items off in any store. And if you shop at Kroger, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, or any Kroger banner, link your account and Harvo pushes your plan's ingredients into your real cart, matched to your store's products and prices.
Is it iPhone only?
The app is iOS, distributed through TestFlight — install the free TestFlight app, tap the invite link, and you're in. There's also a full web app at app.groceryvoice.app (same account, same plans) for any device with a browser.
